Main Speakers

Stark Truss President Stephen Yoder graduated from RHEMA Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1989. He went on to earn a degree in Associate of Applied Business and Accounting Technology from Stark State College, right around the corner from Stark Truss headquarters in Canton, Ohio. Steve is also the president of the Ohio Chapter of the Wood Truss Council of America. He serves on the Board of Directors of Kenneth Hagin Ministries in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

Sylvia Banda is a 28 year veteran of building innovative solutions to pervasive problems. With a professional portfolio that includes a sprawling and evolving list of expertise in entrepreneurship, development, agriculture and education Mrs. Banda’s reputation as a humble-heroine has consistently gone from strength to strength in her mission to empower and improve the socio-economic well-being of others. Having built four successful businesses and a university opening this year, Sylvia Banda’s inclusive approach to business across Zambia has won her accolades of recognition by corporate organisations, NGOs, and governments. As the current President for the African Women’s Business Association which operates across 48 countries on the continent, Mrs. Banda’s exemplary success is sparking a new wave of change across multiple sectors

Andrew Chibuye is an expert on economic matters and has authored several publications addressing various issues affecting Zambia. He has also made several presentations on this and other topics. Most notable, he was invited to provide the economic overview at the event hosted for the business delegation that accompanied Kamala Harris, Vice President of the United States of America, on her official visit to Zambia in April 2023.

He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (FZICA). He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Manchester Business School in addition to a Degree in Applied Accounting and a Diploma in International Financial Reporting.
